Limited warranty

DeerValley offers a limited guarantee of 1 on all products, with the exception of accessories.
Pour les intelligent toilets, a guarantee limitée de 2 ans is applicable.

No products are manufactured with a part of materials of high quality and soigneusement travaillés. In case of defects of materials or fabrication pending the period of warranty, DeerValley fournira gratuitement les pièces de rechange or replacement of the product at your discretion . This guarantees that the application is unique to the premier acheteur ; a preuve d'achat is required. Les rayures ne sont pas couvertes par la Garantie.

DeerValley can, at your discretion:

• Repair or replace the piece or defective product,

• Rembourser le prix d'achat (during 30 days of suivant la liveraison), ou

• Get a credit for the new DeerValley product.

Remarks:

• The installation is effective for a professional installer.

• DeerValley is not responsible for the damage caused by an incorrect installation, abusive or inappropriate use.

• Les frais de main-d'œuvre, d'installation ou de disassembly ne sont pas couverts.

Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover accidents, failure, incorrect installation, chemical damage, product modifications or inappropriate use of products.

Limitation of responsibility:
DeerValley is not responsible for indirect damages, accidents or consequences. This guarantee replaces all other guarantees expresses or implicites, in the measure permise per la loi.

Warranty claim:
You can prepare the following elements:

• Copy of the original invoice

• Installation date

• Description and photos in default
