Warranty conditions

Limited Warranty

DeerValley provides a 1-year limited warranty on all products, excluding accessories.
Smart toilets come with a 2-year limited warranty .

Our products are made from high-quality materials and are carefully crafted. In the event of material or manufacturing defects within the warranty period, DeerValley will provide replacement parts free of charge or replace the product at its sole discretion. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser ; proof of purchase is required. Scratches are excluded from the warranty.

DeerValley may, at its own discretion:

  1. repair or replace the defective part or product,

  2. refund the purchase price (within 30 days of delivery), or

  3. issue a credit note for the purchase of a new DeerValley product.

Notes:

  • The installation should be carried out by a licensed professional installer .

  • DeerValley is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse or improper use.

  • Labor costs, installation or dismantling costs are not covered .

Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply in the event of accidents, negligence, improper installation, chemical damage, modifications to the product or the use of unsuitable cleaning agents.

Limitation of liability:
DeerValley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty request:
Please have the following ready:

  • copy of original invoice

  • Installation date

  • Description and photos of the defect

  • Model number
