We offer a 30-day return policy , meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Request a Return

Please email service@deervalleybath.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging , and include all tags and proof of purchase .

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If returning for personal reasons (eg, change of mind, wrong size/item), return shipping costs are not covered . The item must remain in unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
